Henry Doe Garlick, age 85, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013. Mr.
Garlick was born in Hudspeth County, Texas on June 15, 1928. His parents
are William Fred Garlick and Julia Segura Garlick. Mr. Garlick was a
rancher in Fort Stockton.
Mr. Garlick is survived by two sons,
Henry “Button†Garlick and wife Margie of Van Horn, TX. and Roger
“Tootie†Garlick and wife Rocelia of Menard, TX; by his daughter Wanda
Garlick of Fort Stockton; by two brothers, Marvin W. Garlick and wife
Dixie and James R. Garlick and wife Gina; by two sisters, Martha
McElroy, and Ida Mae Beasley and husband Robert.
He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Henry
was preceded in death by his parents, William and Julia; by four
sisters, Lucile Henderson, Cecilia Elliott, Evelyn Enrique and Jimmie
Lou Graham-Jones; by three brothers, William Fred Garlick, Jr., Van
Joseph Garlick and Lee Roy Garlick; and by his former wife Patricia Reed
Garlick.
A memorial service will be held at the Van Horn
Cemetery, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 10:30 am. Remembrances and
