Festivities begin Saturday with a pancake breakfast from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at VH Convention Center hosted by the Lion’s Club.
3rd Annual Okey Dokey 5K fun run/walk; registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and race starts at 9:00 a.m. at Okey Lucas Park, 1804 W. Broadway.
Hotter’n Hell Summer team roping beigns at 10:00 a.m. sharp in the Van Horn Rodeo arena.
Frontier Days festivities at 101 W. Broadway downtown parking lot are from 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. with booths and music with the street dance featuring, Abe Mac Band, a CMA performing artist from 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. an additional frontier days ranch rodeo roping is also scheduled that afternoon at 5:00 p.m. located at Van Horn Rodeo Arena. Events include wild cow milking, sorting, doctoring, and branding.
