ALMOND CHEESECAKE FRUIT SALAD

(All items available at your local Porter’s grocery store)

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 3 oz box instant vanilla pudding

1 cup amaretto coffee creamer

2 pints fresh blueberries, divided

1 qrt fresh strawberries, divided

4 bananas, sliced

2 tbl lemon juice

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla pudding mix and continue to beat until well blended.

Very slowly add creamer a couple tablespoons at a time, mixing well after each addition until mixture is smooth.

Meanwhile, cut strawberries into bite size pieces. Slice bananas as toss in the lemon juice.

In a separate bowl put in the bananas, half the strawberries and half the blueberries.
